Shipping Policy

1. Shipping Rates

Republic of Ireland & Northern Ireland

• Free shipping on orders over €100 via Courier Express Tracked Service.

• Orders under €100:

  • Standard Courier Tracked Service (1–3 business days): €5.95

  • Express Courier Tracked Service (1–3 business days): €9.95

European Union (EU)

• Orders under €100: €14.95 via Standard Courier Tracked Shipping (3–5 business days).

• Orders over €100: €9.95 flat rate via Standard Courier Tracked Shipping (3–5 business days).

Bulky / Heavy Items

• Certain products such as indoor trainers, bikes, or scooters incur additional shipping charges due to size and weight. Charges are calculated at checkout.

• Example: KICKR BIKE V2, KICKR BIKE PRO and KICKR BIKE SHIFT: €150.

• Delivery times for bulky products may be longer for remote locations.

2. Shipping Restrictions

• We ship only within the EU. For some countries or regions, due to logistics or brand restrictions, certain products cannot be shipped outside the Republic of Ireland.

• We do not ship to forwarding companies. Orders placed with forwarding addresses will be cancelled and refunded.

• A local phone number is mandatory for EU deliveries. Failure to provide a local number will result in order cancellation.

3. Shipping Times

• Shipping times are estimates only. They start 1–3 working days after the order is placed as they are based on couriers schedules and service availability. 

• Typical delivery times:

  • Ireland & Northern Ireland: 1–3 business days

  • EU (Standard): 3–5 business days

• Shipping times may be longer during holidays or to remote areas. Please allow extra time in such cases.

4. VAT, Duties & OSS Compliance

• Cigala Cycling Ltd is the seller of record for all orders. We collect and remit VAT for EU orders via the One-Stop Shop (OSS) system.

• EU customers: Prices include all VAT; nothing additional to pay on delivery.

• Non-EU customers: Import duties, customs fees, or taxes may apply. These are not collected by Cigala Cycling Ltd and are the responsibility of the recipient.

• For all packages, we declare the full transaction value as required by law.

5. Products Shipped Directly from EU Distributors

• Some items may ship directly from our EU distributors.

• Cigala Cycling Ltd remains the seller of record, and all products are invoiced by us.

• We handle all customer service, including order confirmation, tracking, delivery questions, returns, and warranty claims.

• Lead times may vary depending on distributor location, stock, and courier services. Estimated delivery times are provided on the product page.

6. Pissei Custom Clothing Orders

• Lead time is approx. 6 weeks, plus 1 week delivery, after the club confirms the graphics and order.

• Orders placed individually via the online store start the lead time when all club orders are received and the club closes the store.

• Minimum order quantities (MOQ) must be met by the club. Orders below MOQ cannot be shipped.

• Custom orders cannot be cancelled, returned, or refunded.

7. Shop Safe – EU Assurance

• Cigala Cycling Ltd is based in the Republic of Ireland, part of the EU.

• For EU customers, all prices include VAT and duties, so there is nothing additional to pay on delivery.

• For non-EU customers, local import duties, taxes, and customs charges are the customer’s responsibility.

8. Failed or Refused Deliveries

• If a package is not picked up or is refused, it will be returned to us. The recipient will be charged:

  • Standard packages: Ireland €7, EU €19

  • Bulky / heavy items: Ireland €25, EU €49

• Duties and taxes remain payable if applicable.
